Hierbei konzentrieren wir uns zun\u00e4chst auf die Bearbeitung des eigentlichen Weges an sich.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine <strong>dauerhafte Sanierung von Wegen<\/strong> sollte ausserdem unbedingt auch das Weg-Umfeld untersucht und bei Bedarf optimiert werden. Hier gilt es, den Zustand der Lichtraumprofile, der Entw\u00e4sserungsgr\u00e4ben und der naheliegenden Fahrbahnr\u00e4nder bzw. der Banketten <strong>sachkundig zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen<\/strong> &#8211; und vor allem, den m\u00f6glichen Zusatz-Bedarf an Auff\u00fcllmaterial zu berechnen.<\/p>\n<p>Mangelhafte Bereiche sollten besser gleich mit instand gesetzt werden, damit der <strong>Sanierungs-Aufwand <\/strong>am eigentlichen Weg sich dauerhaft lohnt. Auf diese Weise zahlen sich Investitionen in die Sanierung von Wegen erst wirklich aus und werden <strong>finanziell nachhaltig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column Arbeitsschritt<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Weg auffr\u00e4sen<\/li>\n<li>Material neu mischen und brechen<\/li>\n<li>Regel-Dachprofil herstellen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mit unserer SEPPI M. Steinbrecherfr\u00e4se und Forstfr\u00e4se SUPERSOIL fr\u00e4sen wir die Verschlei\u00df- bzw. Tragdeckschicht des alten Weges auf. Im selben Arbeitsgang mischen wir dabei gleich das neu auf gebrochene Material und\u00a0 stellen eine homogene, neue Siebline bzw. Arbeitsschritt<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tragdeckschicht verdichten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mit der Erdbauwalze wird die neue Tragdeckschicht in einem zweiten Arbeitsschritt durch mehrere Walz\u00fcberg\u00e4nge verdichtet.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei wird feinanteiliges sowie kornabgestuftes Material an die Oberfl\u00e4che gebracht. In Verbindung mit Feuchtigkeit und Druck entsteht so eine abgeschlossene Verschlei\u00dfschicht in Form einer &#8222;Wassergebundenen Wegedecke&#8220;.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/p>\n<div Sie beeintr\u00e4chtigen dabei nicht nur massiv die Dauerhaftigkeit des Weges, sondern stellen auch eine Gefahr f\u00fcr den Verkehr dar.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb achten wir sorgsam darauf, dass sich keine Wasser-Pf\u00fctzen und R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde auf der Wegdecke oder an deren Rand bilden k\u00f6nnen. Das Oberfl\u00e4chenwasser muss ungehindert ablaufen k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\nUm den nat\u00fcrlichen Wasserlauf zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, empfehlen wir, das Wege-Umfeld gleich richtig mit zu sanieren. Immerhin ist die Oberfl\u00e4che nicht mit chemischen Bindemitteln gebunden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bindung unserer Wege basiert lediglich auf dem umweltfreundlichen, nat\u00fcrlichen Vermischen von gebrochenen Steinen der K\u00f6rnung 0-32. Wir stellen mit diesem Material eine profilgerechte, feste Oberfl\u00e4che der Wege her.
